Simplicity Plans
These six Simplicity Plans are developed for those whose financial need or philosophy require a more simplified, though personalized, type of service. There is no reduction in these packages for any items that are not utilized. The package cost is well below the cost of individual items combined on General Price List.
Please Note: We have a variety of other service offerings as detailed in our General Price List. These Simplicity Plans represent our most economical choices.
CENTRAL CHAPEL - SIMPLICITY PLANS
The Chicago Service- One Night Wake/Service Next day $ 4,965
The Chicago Service includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff; arranging, directing, co-ordinating of funeral arrangements, transfer of remains from local place of death, embalming and other preparation of the body; visitation for one full day and evening (or less as family desires), funeral next day originating at funeral home or church, transfer of deceased to cemetery or crematory; floral casket spray, Memorial Package, Life Tribute DVD and an American steel casket available in choice of four colors or Solid Oak Ceremonial Casket for those choosing cremation.
The Tribute Service- 1 Night Wake/Optional Same Day Service $ 4,665
The Tribute Service includes everything provided in The Chicago Service except visitation and optional ceremony occur on same day. You can either have a visitation and service all in one morning or an afternoon/evening visitation with or without a service. The Tribute Service normally allows for a visitation/service of up to six hours.
The Sunrise Service- Short Visitation/Service same day $ 4,465
The Sunset Service includes everything provided in The Chicago Service except the visitation time is shorter. You can either have a visitation and service all in one morning or an afternoon/evening visitation with or without a service. The Sunrise Service normally allows for a visitation/service of four hours or less.
The Ashes to Ashes Service- Simple Cremation $ 1,275
The Simple Cremation includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff; transfer of remains from local place of death, transportation to crematory, procuring necessary authorizations, Cremation process including crematory fees, Minimal fiberboard cremation container, basic Bronze urn, cremation permit and 5 death certificates. Memorial Package and Life Tribute DVD not included.
The Remembrance Service-
Simple Cremation with Memorial Service $ 2,550
The Remembrance Service includes everything provided in The Ashes to Ashes Service plus the use of funeral/memorial chapel for memorial gathering/visitation and service. The Remembrance Service normally allows for a visitation/service of up to four hours. Memorial Package and Life Tribute DVD not included.
The Sunset Service-
Simple Cremation with Private Family Goodbye $ 1,965
The Sunset Service includes everything provided in The Ashes to Ashes Service plus the use of facilities one hour of private immediate family only visitation and basic preparation (no embalming) of the body. Memorial Package and Life Tribute DVD not included. Sunset Package includes Cremation container for viewing. Basic Cremation Casket upgrade: $ 325.
Memorial Package & Life Tribute: $ 250 upgrade when not included with package
•Memorial Package: Guest Register, Standard Memorial Cards, & Acknowledgment Cards. Additional charge for Premium or Custom Memorial Cards,
•Life Tribute Presentation: Using family photographs, a professionally developed DVD is created for use at service, placement on our website for people to see who may not be able to attend, as well as keepsake copy for family.
